A: If your registration contains an error, file a support ticket immediately at support.rk9.gg to request a correction. Include your full name, Player ID, email address, tournament name (including the game), and a full description of the error (including the incorrect and the correct information). You do not need to create an account to submit a ticket.

Q: I noticed an error in my North America International Championship portal event registration, who do I contact to fix this?
A: If your North America International Championship portal event registration contains an error, you will need to file a support ticket at support.pokemon.com to request a correction. RK9 cannot help with corrections to your NAIC event registration.
Q: Does my email address on my RK9 account need to match my email addresses on the North America International Championship event portal or my Pokémon Trainer Club?
A: No, the email address on your RK9 account does NOT need to match ANY other email on any other account.
Q: When trying to register for the 2024 North America International Championship using RK9.gg, I received an error message saying “We are unable to find an eligible registration for you.” What should I do?
A: All competitors must complete the first step of their registration on the North America International Championship event portal at reg.naic2024.pokemon.com/flow/pokemon/2024naic/NAICgenreg.
Once registered on the North America International Championship event portal, competitors will be able complete their tournament registration on RK9.gg. Please note that you will only be allowed to register for the same game, and division (if applicable), that you have registered for on the North America International Championship event portal.
If you’ve completed your profile on the North America International Championship event portal, please make sure to double check that the information entered into your event portal account matches your RK9.gg account profile. Please note that email addresses do not need to match.

A: All players must complete tournament registration on RK9.gg. Your registration from the NAIC event portal is not automatically added to your RK9 Player Dashboard.

- Click Go to registration
- Proceed from there
Once you finish your RK9 tournament registration, you will see the tournament in your RK9 Player Dashboard.

All attendees are highly encouraged to pick up their badges on Wednesday June 5, or Thursday June 6. All badge pickup requirements are found in your North America International Championship event portal confirmation.
