How to drop online from a tournament via your Player Tournament Dashboard (EUIC 2025)

New in the 2025 season, RK9 has developed Online Drops, which allows players in certain games and divisions to drop from their Player Tournament Dashboard on their mobile device, instead of having to fill out a drop sticker or slip at the Hive.

1. Sign in to RK9

The first step is to open an internet browser on your mobile device, go to rk9.gg, and sign in to your account.

If you're unsure which email to use, simply search for RK9.gg in your email app to see where your confirmation email was sent.

2. Player Tournament Dashboard

Once signed in, go to your Player Dashboard and select the tournament you’re currently playing in, which will take you to the dashboard for that tournament.

3. Drop

On the Player Tournament Dashboard, scroll down to the section labeled Drop from Tournament and click the Initiate Drop button.  From there, fill out the drop flow by entering your Player ID, and checking all necessary boxes.

If you don't know your Player ID, it's listed in your confirmation, and in the Play! Pokemon section of your RK9 profile.

After you drop, you will not be paired in future rounds of the tournament, so make sure you are done playing before you press submit!

Once you have submitted the drop request, the TOM operator for your tournament will receive your request, and scan it as soon as possible. Be aware that if your request is submitted close to the end of the round, it may be processed at the beginning of the next round.
