Pokémon Tournament Registration Transfer Policy

Registration for Pokémon tournaments is valid only for the specific event, game, and division selected at the time of purchase. Registrations are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be transferred:

• from one game to another (for example, switching from Trading Card Game to Video Game)
• from one location to another (for example, switching from Seattle to Indianapolis)
• from one division to another (for example, switching from Juniors to Seniors)

If you have accidentally registered for the wrong event, please follow these steps:

1. ​​​​​​​Register for the correct tournament first.

If spots are available, you should register for the correct game to secure your seat. You can find more information on what to do if an event is sold out here.

2. Request a refund for the incorrect tournament.

Once you have registered for the correct tournament, request a refund for your old registration through your Player Tournament Dashboard.

Important Reminders

• If you still plan on attending the event, do not request a refund on your original registration until you have a confirmed registration for the correct tournament.
• As noted during the registration process, processing fees are non-refundable and will not be waived or transferred to a new registration.
