Q: When will registration open for competitors?
A: In addition to priority registration for pre-qualified competitors, competitor registration for LAIC will occur in two waves.
- Wave 1: September 23, 2025 at 7:00pm BRT
- Wave 2: September 24, 2025 at 9:00am BRT

Q: When does event registration for competitors close?
A: Registration closes on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 11:59pm BRT. Passes are available until this time or until they're sold out - whichever comes first.

Q: Does my competitor registration come with a guest pass?
A: Competitors under the age of 18 will be asked to name a Guardian for the event. That Guardian will receive a guest pass to the event.

Q: I noticed an error in my RK9.gg event confirmation, who do I contact to fix this?
A: If your registration contains an error, file a support ticket at support.rk9.gg to request a correction. Include your full name, Player ID, email address, tournament name (including the game), and a full description of the error. You do not need to create an account to submit a ticket.

Q: How can I request tournament accommodation like static seating?
A: Should you require assigned seating or other accommodations to attend the event, please contact TPCi Customer Support for assistance. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible.

A: Competitor refunds are available through 11:59pm BRT on November 16, 2025 less a processing fee.
- Refunds through 11:59pm BRT on October 29, 2025 will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
- Refunds from October 30 through 11:59pm BRT on November 16, 2025 will be subject to a 40% processing fee.
- There will be no refunds available after November 16, 2025.
Your refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee.

Q: When are competitors able to pick up their event badges?
A: The Designated Competitor Badge Pickup Time is from 2pm - 8pm BRT on Thursday, November 20, 2025. Competitor badges for this event must be picked up on-site at the White Pavilion Hall at Expo Center Norte. If you are unable to pick up your badge on Thursday, badge pickup will reopen on Friday, November 21 at 7:15am BRT. If you need to pick up your badge Friday morning, we recommend arriving before badge pickup opens.

A: Deck/team list submission will open on Monday, November 17, 2025. You can see this in your Player Tournament Dashboard - to access your Player Tournament Dashboard on RK9.gg, go to your Player Dashboard and select the tournament you're competing in.

Q: Can I transfer my registration to another player?
A: Per online registration details on RK9.gg, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable either to another person or account.

Q: Will I receive anything for my purchase through the mail or in advance of the event?
A: You will not receive any physical items before the event takes place. You will, however, receive email confirmation that your registration for this event was successful. This email will help you check in on-site for the event and receive the badge you have registered for.
