1.  Log into rk9.gg utilizing the Google account that was used to reserve your demo event. Please check with your League Owner as to what account they used to reserve the event.

2.  After signing in, select “Pokémon League” from the top menu bar.

3.  After going to the Pokémon League page, you should see all associated League ID(s) and Store Name(s) associated with that account. Select the League ID or Store Name you wish to schedule for.

4.  After selecting the League you wish to schedule for, you will enter your “Pokémon League” page. You will then schedule a demo event by clicking on the “Schedule new demo event” button located below your League information.

5.  Next, you will select the date of your event by clicking on the calendar that pops up when selecting the “date” field on the scheduling page.

6.  You will then select the time of your event by clicking on the drop down menu that appears when clicking on the “time” field on the scheduling page.

7.  After you have confirmed both your date and time, click “Save” to finalize your selection and schedule your event.

Note: If you would like to cancel or edit a demo event you have already scheduled, you will need to go back to the “Pokémon League” page associated with the event you wish to change. You will then select the “Actions” button to either select “Edit Event” or “Cancel Event”. You may also cancel your event from the reporting page by selecting the “Cancel Event” button. Please note that you are not able to edit your event after the scheduled date and time. Please cancel your event and schedule a new one.
