How to report a Pokémon league Demo Event

1.  Before you start the reporting process, please make sure to have the following information ready:

  • Player IDs of all participants (including those you signed up for a Player ID at the event.
  • The first and last name of the Professor that hosted the event along with their player ID. Please note only one Professor may be reported, so if you utilized multiple Professors please only collect the information of the main Professor responsible for the event.
  • The number of individuals that participated in the event.
  • Any notes or feedback you would like to also submit about the event.

 

 

2.  Log into rk9.gg utilizing the Google account that was used to reserve your demo event. Please check with your League Owner as to what account they used to reserve the event.

 

 

3.  After signing in, select “Pokémon League” from the top menu bar.

 

 

4.  After going to the Pokémon League page, you should see all associated League ID(s) and Store Name(s) associated with that account. Select the League ID or Store Name you wish to report for.

 

 

5.   After selecting the League you wish to report for, you will enter your “Pokémon League” page. You will then select the demo event you wish to report by clicking on the “Actions” button located next to the scheduled event you wish to report. A pop up will appear and you will select “Report Event”.

 

 

6.  After selecting “Report Event”, you will see the demo event reporting page. Confirm this is the event you are looking to report by checking the date and time at the top of the page. If it isn't, click the “Go Back” button, otherwise go ahead and enter the Player ID as well as the first and last name of the Professor in charge of the event.

 

 

7.  After confirming that the Professor information you entered was correct, you will then go ahead and enter the number of participants that were in attendance.

 

 

8.  After entering the number of participants that were in the event, you may then enter the Player IDs of each participant and any notes that you would like to share about the event that you hosted. Please note that these fields are optional to complete.

 

 

9.  When you have confirmed all the information entered in both the required and optional fields are accurate, click the “Report Event” button to report your event.

 

 

10.  Finally, you will be redirected to your “Pokémon League” page where you should see that your event has been reported under the “Status” column. This will be your confirmation.
