1. Sign in to your RK9.gg account.

 

 

 

 

   2. Select Player Dashboard.

 

 

 

 

 

   3.  After your Player Dashboard loads, under My registrations, select the event you would like to update the information in your registration.

 

 

 

 

 

4.  After the Tournament Dashboard loads, under Tournament Milestones, click on My confirmation.

 

5. Once the confirmation page loads, scroll down until you come to the Player registration details section of the confirmation page. Here you will see an orange “edit” icon next to field(s) that are editable. Please note that you are cannot edit your Name, Player ID, Date of Birth, or Email Address without submitting a support ticket to RK9 Labs.

 

           a. Video Game & Pokémon GO: Trainer Name
           b. Minor Players: Trainer Name (Video Game and Pokémon GO), Guardian Name, Email, and Phone Number

 

6. To edit these fields, click on the orange “edit” icon next to the field you wish to update. You will then be able to edit those fields.

 

7. After you have completed the update for that field, you will need to then click on the orange “save” icon that will appear in the same spot the “edit” icon was in order to save your changes.

 

Please ensure that when editing Guardian information, the updated name and email address are entered correctly; phone number is optional.
